Key Responsibilities :

Lead Implementation : Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
Configure Ariba Modules : Set up and configure Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, etc.) to support procurement and sourcing processes.
Project Coordination : Collaborate with project teams, including business analysts, developers, and other consultants, to ensure timely project delivery.
Business Process Mapping : Understand and map business processes to Ariba solutions, identifying gaps and providing recommendations.
Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
System Integration : Work on integrating SAP Ariba with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Training & Support : Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
Data Management : Monitor and manage master data relevant to SAP Ariba and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all processes are compliant with organizational and regulatory standards, and maintain detailed documentation of all Ariba processes.

Key Requirements :

SAP Ariba Expertise : 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, including implementation and configuration.

Module Knowledge : Proficiency in at least two of the following modules : Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Spend Visibility.

SAP Integration : Experience with SAP ERP integration, specifically SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FI (Finance).

Procurement Expertise : Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and best practices.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into system solutions.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Project Management : Ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Expertise / Exposure of SAP S / 4HANA

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

SAP Ariba certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud-based procurement solutions

Understanding of regulatory compliance in procurement
