What youll do & how youll make your mark :

Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) :

• Develop and execute targeted customer lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and other owned channels to improve engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, and support) to craft personalized, segmented communication journeys.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, frequency, and segmentation to drive higher open and click-through rates.
• Partner with CRM and analytics teams to implement automated workflows, trigger-based communications, and behavioral marketing strategies.
• Support renewal and retention marketing initiatives leveraging insights to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
• Identify new channels and technologies to enhance lifecycle communication efficiency and customer Media Marketing :
• Coordinate the brands social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Manage engaging content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and thought leadership.
• Monitor social performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure consistent brand tone, look, and feel.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and paid social campaigns as needed to amplify brand reach.
