We are looking for a high–performing Club Manager to lead the sales, service, and operations of our gym. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, great with people, and capable of running the entire club smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end club sales, including memberships, renewals, and personal training—meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team (sales, trainers, front desk, housekeeping) to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain exceptional member experience, ensuring world-class hospitality and quick resolution of issues.
- Oversee daily club operations, including shift scheduling, equipment upkeep, audits, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure high standards of service quality consistent with premium fitness brands.
- Monitor KPIs, track sales pipelines, and implement strategies to boost conversions and retention.
- Stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive, motivating environment for both members and staff. Requirements
