Actively counsels gym members to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle through proper guidance and motivation.

Consistently motivates members to stay committed to their fitness goals.

Improves member attendance by making regularity calls using the FitnessForce software .

Organizes in-house competitions during peak hours to boost engagement, when necessary.

Adheres to the structured zonal training system for consistent and balanced workouts.

Focuses on membership renewals by maintaining strong rapport and results-driven support.

Plans and conducts member engagement activities to foster a strong fitness community.
