Sr. Executive - Plating

We are hiring for Sr. Executive for Plating plant.

Please find the below details : -

Qualification : - B.Sc / M.Sc(Chemistry) , Diploma / B.E(Chemical)

Responsibilities :

Managed electroplating operations operation for various plating types, including(Alkaline Zinc Nickle Plating, Tin Plating, Zinc Plating ).

Conducting regular plating bath testing and analysis to ensure optimal bath performance.

Maintained plating baths, adjusting chemical composition and parameters as needed to ensure consistent quality

Led and managed a team of production workers providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve process.

Planned and coordinated shift schedules to ensure optimal production capacity and meet demands.
