Assistant Manager - Marketing (B2B)

Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and lead management
- Generation of the leads using social media like LinkedIn and other web-based media.
- Implement digital marketing strategy via Social / direct segment digital media, mobile media, digital campaign
- Collect new leads from various marketing activities.
- Classify and evaluate the Leads by segment and forward to segment manager.
- Build up and update leads data base and CRM management.
- Manage, provide support and assist sales team members with day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
MIS and reporting
Managing the Monthly MIS reports and CRM.( zoho, sales force etc)Analyze market trends, forecast and set monthly / annual targets.Monitor, assess and evaluate sales performance, market share and achievement of set targets.Business Strategy - Formulate business plans and pricing strategies.Account Retention - Ensure relationship with existing clients is maintained with minimal attrition.Monitor the performance of all clients on a monthly basis and ensure review meetings are conducted with the top performing agencies.Monitoring and evaluating industry trends as well as competition strategy.Cross-department liaising, promotions, product launches and for problem resolutionOrganize and attend seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions, conferences, workshops and other events
Qualifications & Experience
More than 5 years' experience in business-to-business marketing (B2B) and / or communications.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Possess a degree in communications, marketing or related field.BBA / MBA from a reputed management school with proven academic record will be an added advantage.Ability to write / edit internal and external communication materials and understanding of various media capabilities.IT Proficiency / Social Media Fluency / Excellent presentation skills is a must.Skills Required
