Key Responsibilities :
Strategy :
- Deliver best-in-class operational services to clients and internal partners.
- Support and maintain strong operational relationships across the Operations business.
- Engage with external stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards.
- Ensure collaborative engagement globally to foster positive working relationships.
Reconciliation & Processing :
Produce high-quality reconciliation outputs daily.Manage data loads and resolve load failures.Perform manual matching of exceptions.Conduct initial investigation of exceptions and allocate to correct business owners.Ensure timely and accurate narration updates for breaks.Liaise with all business areas to resolve exceptions promptly.Ensure service delivery meets corporate client KPIs.Risk & Compliance :
Complete personal risk management activities including Control Attestation, Risk Event, and Breach Reporting.Ensure accurate and timely reporting with focus on quality and prevention.Maintain compliance with all risk and control policies.People & Culture :
Maintain and complete all mandatory training requirements.Encourage a culture of collaboration, openness, and ethical decision-making.Support FNZ culture, conduct standards, and team engagement initiatives.Experience Required :
Reconciliation and financial accounts experience preferred.Understanding of risk and compliance policies in financial services.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Skills Required
