Position Overview

Position Title : Global Marketing Operations

Reports to : Marketing Manager (U.S.)

Time Zone Expectation : Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours (PST / EST)

As the Global Marketing Operations , you'll work closely with the U.S.-based Marketing Manager to execute key marketing deliverables, maintain digital assets, support branding activities, and coordinate across functions and vendors. This is a cross-functional support role ideal for someone detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and excited about contributing to brand growth on a global scale.

Mandatory Skills required : -

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or similar
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and work independently once briefed
• Comfortable working during late afternoon / evening India Standard Time to overlap with US teams
