Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Dadri. The Caller will be responsible for engaging potential clients through phone calls to provide information about our property listings and services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating customer information in our database, and scheduling appointments for clients to meet with our real estate consultants. The Caller will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while achieving targeted call and appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and practices
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Previous call center or telemarketing experience is preferred
