Senior Associate - General Corporate & Venture Capital Law Practice

We're looking for lawyers with 4+ years PQE in Venture Capital & M&A transactions.

What you'll do :

• Handle VC transactions independently
• Draft & negotiate Term Sheets, SSA, SPA, SHA, Co-Founder / Escrow Agreements, ESOPs
• Conduct startup due diligence
• Advise on IP, data protection & corporate law

Requirements : ✅ 4+ years PQE

✅ Proven independent VC deal experience

✅ Prior law firm experience mandatory

✅ Preference for candidates near Gurugram

✅ Immediate joiners preferred
