Job descriptionSupport in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts such as shareholders’ Provide research support and documentation for setting up mutual funds, Conduct preliminary legal due diligence in M&A and fund structuring matters Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as SEBI and RBI for filings, Stay updated with changes in laws affecting capital markets, securities, and Draft internal legal notes, compliance checklists, and opinion briefs under Assist the senior team in maintaining client communication and tracking Basic understanding of SEBI laws, Companies Act, and mutual fund Strong research, writing, and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced regulatory environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Effective communication skills for internal coordination and external client Ability to multitask and work under supervision with tight timelines. LL.B. from a reputed law school / university. Company Secretary (CS) qualification is an added advantage but not 1–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house corporate legal Exposure to SEBI filings, IPO documentation, or rights issues. Experience working with mutual funds, AMCs, or trustees. Involvement in corporate advisory, due diligence, or compliance
