We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into paying clients by building trust with parents and students, conducting consultations, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Conversion
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
Conduct need-based discussions with parents and students to recommend the right CollegePass programs.
Drive conversions through follow-ups and persuasive communication.
Sales Execution
Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals to showcase value.
Maintain a consultative, student-first approach in every pitch.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and activity data in CRM systems.
Track and report weekly progress on sales performance and revenue generation.
Collaboration
Share feedback from client conversations with marketing and advising teams to improve offerings.
Coordinate with operations and advising teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
2–5 years of proven B2C sales experience (education, edtech, test prep, or consulting preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a plus).
Ability to manage high call volumes and deliver impactful consultations daily.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Average deal size and efficiency of sales cycle.
Client satisfaction (referrals, feedback).
