We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into paying clients by building trust with parents and students, conducting consultations, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video consultations.
- Conduct need-based discussions with parents and students to recommend the right CollegePass programs.
- Drive conversions through follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Sales Execution
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals to showcase value.
- Maintain a consultative, student-first approach in every pitch.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and activity data in CRM systems.
- Track and report weekly progress on sales performance and revenue generation.
- Collaboration
- Share feedback from client conversations with marketing and advising teams to improve offerings.
- Coordinate with operations and advising teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).2–5 years of proven B2C sales experience (education, edtech, test prep, or consulting preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a plus).Ability to manage high call volumes and deliver impactful consultations daily.Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved.Lead-to-conversion ratio.Average deal size and efficiency of sales cycle.Client satisfaction (referrals, feedback).
