Job Description
Experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in customized business process requirements and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in core SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM) , along with integration experience across related SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Work Schedules / Shift Rosters
Define and manage Time Constraints for attendance and absence types
Handle Absence / Attendance Management for paid and unpaid leave scenarios
Perform Absence Valuation and Time Evaluation processes
Create and maintain Time Schemas / PCRs for various business scenarios
Work on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) configuration and enhancements
Manage Overtime and Shift Allowance scenarios
Integrate Time Interfaces (Clock-in / out, Biometric systems)
Support Time and Payroll Integration and cross-functional modules ( PS / MM / PP )
Manage Personnel Administration (PA) – hiring, transfers, promotions, separations
Handle Organizational Management (OM) – structure, positions, jobs, reporting lines
Configure and manage Payroll processes – wage types, deductions, payroll runs
Implement Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities
