Job Description
Experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in customized business process requirements and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in core SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM), along with integration experience across related SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Work Schedules / Shift RostersDefine and manage Time Constraints for attendance and absence typesHandle Absence / Attendance Management for paid and unpaid leave scenariosPerform Absence Valuation and Time Evaluation processesCreate and maintain Time Schemas / PCRs for various business scenariosWork on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) configuration and enhancementsManage Overtime and Shift Allowance scenariosIntegrate Time Interfaces (Clock-in / out, Biometric systems)Support Time and Payroll Integration and cross-functional modules (PS / MM / PP)Manage Personnel Administration (PA) – hiring, transfers, promotions, separationsHandle Organizational Management (OM) – structure, positions, jobs, reporting linesConfigure and manage Payroll processes – wage types, deductions, payroll runsImplement Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalitiesMandatory Skills
Certified SAP HCM ConsultantMinimum end-to-end implementation experience in Time Management & PayrollHands-on experience with Schema / PCR customizationProven expertise in Time Evaluation, Absence Valuation, and Work Schedule ManagementExperience in CATS configuration and Time Interface IntegrationProficiency in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)Strong understanding of Payroll Integration with Time ManagementGood communication and client-facing skillsExperience working in Agile or Onsite–Offshore models
