We are looking for a motivated SAP HCM Consultant to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Capital Management and eager to learn about SAP solutions. The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and support of SAP HCM systems, helping organizations optimize their human resources processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based on organizational needs.
Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases of SAP HCM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data integrity.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP HCM related issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.

Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.

Basic knowledge of SQL and data management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
