Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination : Manage end-to-end logistics of training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including scheduling, invitations, registrations, technical support, and post-session recordings.
- Learning Analytics : Create, maintain, and analyze participant data, feedback surveys, and training reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Communication Management : Draft professional communications, reminders, and follow-ups with learners to ensure active participation and engagement.
- Content Support : Assist in preparing training decks, handouts, and resource materials aligned with organizational objectives.
- Process Excellence : Contribute to continuous improvement of training operations by streamlining workflows and adopting best practices.
