To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, were looking to add a Subject Matter Expert - Learning & Development based in chennai location

What A Typical Day Looks Like :

Facilitate 4 hours of training daily on leadership, soft / Behavioral skills.
Design and develop or enhance existing training content for Individual contributors and People managers.
Create assessment / quizzes / learner engagement activities to reinforce learning outcomes

The Experience were Looking to Add to The Team :

Any bachelor's degree with Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilitating Behavioral & soft skills trainings

Delivering 30 hours of training delivery / month

Proficient in MS-Excel (Intermediate) and MS-PowerPoint
