Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Sahibabad. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including coordinating and monitoring shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory control processes, and ensuring efficient material handling. The role requires supervising warehouse staff, adhering to safety protocols, and optimizing workflows for productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and effective communication with staff
• Hands-on experience with Shipping & Receiving processes and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in Material Handling and Forklift Operation
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and ability to enforce compliance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
