Job Description

• Oversee all Warehouse operations at the plant.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for material availability and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and 5S standards in the store area.
• Lead and train store personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, stock registers, and issue notes.

The Successful Applicant

• 12-18 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the FMCG food sector
• Post-Graduation in Materials Management
• Strong command of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and inventory control processes
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and committed to compliance and operational excellence
• Comfortable working in a plant-based, high-volume environment
