We're growing fast and looking for an Operations Supervisor who will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our operations- from inventory management to packaging orders and coordinating with customers.

Role Overview

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for handling all on-ground operations at our office / warehouse - managing inventory, overseeing order packing and dispatch, maintaining stock accuracy, and communicating with customers for order-related queries. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that ensures every order and every customer experience runs perfectly.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Inventory Management

• Supervise daily order packing and dispatch process.
• Manage and update inventory across Shopify and internal trackers.
• Ensure all products are packed safely, labeled correctly, and dispatched on time.
• Track courier pickups, deliveries, and RTOs (returns).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and stock area.
