Senior Brand Manager - Social
You will manage the agency's brands as well as overseeing the work of the day to day account teams, You will help develop and implement social media strategies and work with various teams to build our social communities and establish and maintain clients presence online.
Core responsibilities include :
- End to end brand and social media management for our clients
- Monitor social trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
- Identifying patterns and posts which perform better for a particular domain by keeping a keen eye on social media performance and data
- Managing user engagement by responding to chat messages and comments in a timely fashion and ensuring reviews and ratings are positive.
- Managing blogs and ensuring fresh content is uploaded regularly on Social Media as well as websites
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues
- Put down the strategy and plan to build awareness for the brand via social media
- Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action improvement and upsell
- Maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels; act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Delivering formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members
- Limited travel to client offices or events may be required
The ideal candidate should :
Minimum 7 years in Social media / Digital agencyMust be able to work independently, handle multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively at an advanced level.Strong interpersonal communication skills - ability to present at all levels of the organisation and a positive public representative.A demonstrated passion for search, social and mobile solutions and knowledge of how to leverage each to achieve marketing goalsKnowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenariosExperience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including creation of style guides, tone, response strategyWhat We Believe In :
