About Role
PedalStart is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Associate will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing performance management programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment (1-3 Years Experienced)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across functions
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
- We are looking for immediate joiners only

Compensation : INR 4-6 LPA
Location : MG Road, Gurugram
Work Timings : 11am - 8pm
