Job Purpose :

To develop, implement, and optimize AI / ML-based solutions that drive innovation in CNH Industrial's products and processes.

This role involves working on diverse projects such as computer vision, NLP, and Gen AI models within the agricultural equipment domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deploy AI / ML solutions to solve real-world problems in manufacturing, robotics, and product quality.
• Develop end-to-end models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and associated ML / DL frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (sensors, machines, logs, etc.)
• Work on NLP-based applications including chatbots, entity recognition, and document automation.
• Build and fine-tune computer vision models using architectures like YOLO for infrastructure and anomaly detection.
• Create interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI for business and operational insights.
• Document processes, model performance, and deployment steps to ensure reproducibility and collaboration.
• Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, Gen AI, and emerging AI technologies applicable to industrial use cases.

Experience Required :

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development and deployment.
• Proven track record in working with deep learning models, NLP (BERT, GPT), and CV (YOLO, OpenCV).
• Experience in implementing ensemble models, time-series forecasting, and real-time data processing.
• Hands-on with tools such as Power BI, Jupyter, Streamlit, and version control (Git).
• Strong Python programming skills; working knowledge of SQL and Linux.
• Exposure to LLM frameworks like Langchain, Llama Index, Hugging Face is a strong plus.
• Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka) is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

• B.Tech in Computer Science / Data Science / AI-ML.
• Certifications in Machine Learning, NLP, or Gen AI (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for building smart, scalable systems.
