Lead AI Engineer - Machine Learning Models

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the development of advanced agentic workflows and large language model (LLM) systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in agent building, LLM evaluation and tracing, prompt engineering, and deployment of AI / ML solutions at scale.

You will lead critical integrations leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver innovative, enterprise-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop agentic workflows utilizing modern AI frameworks with a focus on LangChain.
• Build robust LLM evaluation, tracing, and prompt operations pipelines to ensure accuracy, transparency, and performance.
• Lead integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable scalable, context-aware AI solutions.
• Deploy and scale AI / ML systems with high reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into impactful AI features.
