Sales Support Specialist - Bancassurance

Job Description

Plan and roll out business plan to sales teams and partners for Bancassurance channel.

Design and Roll out Contest and Incentives for sales team. Work closely with the business head and design contests / incentive scheme to meet the business plan.

Coordinate with partners and operation department for coding, ensure compliance , preparing review and partner dashboards

Automation and Use of technology to improve productivity and processes . Work closely with IT , Sales and Partners on various automation projects and execute them.

Prepare analytical Reports and Present it to senior management .This includes sales analysis, measure effectiveness of campaigns designed and rolled out and monitor and report productivity.

Market intelligence -monitor the development in the industry.
