Role Overview :
- We are seeking a visionary Vice President - Sales, Strategy & Marketing to lead our global growth strategy. This high-impact role will drive new client acquisition, define market positioning, and oversee integrated sales and marketing initiatives across key geographies.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT and Digital Engineering Services business development for the USA market, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to craft winning solutions for client challenges.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
Lead and inspire global sales teams, territory heads, and business development managers.Review every opportunity and develop winning strategies and positioning.Drive new logo wins with a focus on quality of clients and deal size.Ensure effective use of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.Strategic Growth & Positioning :
Understand client requirements deeply and design innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.Plan multi-year growth strategies, staying ahead of technology trends and sensing future opportunities.Capitalize quickly with agility, speed, smart ideas, and aggressive positioning.Marketing & Branding :
Head marketing and branding to strengthen global positioning and thought leadership.Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives for maximum impact.KPIs & Success Metrics :
New Logo Wins : Achieve X new clients in the first 6 months.Quality of Deals : Secure strategic accounts with multi-year potential and high-value engagements.Revenue from New Clients : Deliver impressive revenue from new logos each yearPipeline Growth : Build a robust pipeline of prospectsMarketing Impact : Boost brand visibility and engagement across USA & EuropeRequired Qualifications :
Education : Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communications.
Experience :
15-20+ years in IT services with strong sales and strategy experience.Proven success in business development or presales for the USA market, ideally in a fast-growing mid-sized IT services company.Expertise in Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI / ML, IoT, and Product Engineering.Skills :
Exceptional leadership and ability to drive and mentor sales teams.Strong experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).Highly resourceful, strategic thinker with out-of-the-box approaches.Ability to sense future business opportunities and act with speed and agility.Why Join Us?
