About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to help build and manage a global engagement pipeline for our founder, a professional EOS Implementer and speaker working with entrepreneurs and business organizations around the world. Your goal is to secure paid and strategic non-paid appearances — including teaching, speaking, and partnership opportunities with :

This is not a passive coordination role — it’s proactive, strategic outreach with measurable goals. You’ll research, pitch, apply, follow up, and CLOSE opportunities that elevate our reach and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Pipeline Development :
- Build and maintain a pipeline of 200+ potential opportunities across universities, accelerators, NGOs, and event platforms.
- Research decision-makers, collect contact info, and organize data in CRM (Airtable / Notion).
- Outreach & Engagement :
- Craft and send tailored pitches for speaking, teaching, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and scheduling for booked engagements.
- Pitch and secure non-paid media guest spots (podcasts, panels, interviews).
- Coordination & Logistics :
- Maintain updated bios, speaker pages, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate calendars, contracts, and event deliverables.
- Track engagement details and payments where applicable.
- Reporting & Optimization :
- Track outreach metrics (volume, response rate, conversions).
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for materials and branding alignment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
Maintain 200+ active opportunities in pipeline.Conduct 100+ outreach attempts per month.Book at least 4–6 new engagements per month (paid or strategic).Generate $10,000 / month in recurring paid engagements within 6 months.Ensure all bios and platforms are updated monthly.Submit weekly pipeline report every Friday.Qualifications
✅ Exceptional English communication (verbal + written).
✅ Strong research and outreach skills (universities, accelerators, NGOs, events).
✅ Proven success booking speakers, partnerships, or training programs.
✅ Organized, data-driven, and self-motivated.
✅ Confident using CRM systems (Airtable, Notion, HubSpot).
✅ Skilled with LinkedIn Navigator, Hunter.io, and email automation tools.
✅ Familiarity with entrepreneurship, business coaching, or education sectors is a plus.
