Executive – Artist Support
Description
For this role, we envision someone who is passionate about delivering music industry best practices to developing artists and labels, supporting artists in delivering their releases into the client system, and communicating with them through exceptional writing skills. This is an operational support role that will work directly with a high number of artists and their teams.
What you'll do :
- Serve as the first point of contact for the client members on their individual campaigns and release setup.
- Help artists use in-house client tools like our Uploader, Analytics tools, and the client app.
- Support artists and labels with quality control processes for their new releases.
- Answer questions coming in from the artists on the day-to-day running of their business.
- Work with more senior members of the team to highlight the most exciting talent on our roster.
Who you are :
Experience using Zendesk or other ticketing systems.Knowledge of the music industry, with prior experience using digital services, distributors, and marketing platforms.Experience and knowledge of release metadata.Excellent customer support and client-facing skills.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English).It’s crucial to be organized and methodical with the ability to manage a large workload in an exciting environment with a fast-growing roster of clients.Genuine love for music!
