We are seeking a highly specialized and results-driven Embassy Relationship Manager to join a leading Workassist Hiring Partner in the Banking sector. This individual contributor role focuses on the niche Diplomatic Segment, requiring expertise in Embassy Banking and complex relationship management. The manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value relationships with Embassies, Consulates, diplomats, and related entities, driving liability growth (CASA & FCY) and generating revenue through tailored solutions and New Client Acquisition and Portfolio Management :
- Lead New Client Acquisition efforts to acquire and manage the banking relationships of Embassies, Consulates, related divisions, individual diplomats, and official staff accounts.
- Drive the growth of the Liability book across both local currency (CASA) and Foreign Currency (FCY) accounts through deepening existing relationships and aggressive new client acquisition.
- Implement and manage Portfolio Handling for the Diplomatic Segment RM, ensuring client satisfaction and Generation and Solutioning :
- Generate significant revenue through both existing and newly acquired relationships (NTB) by facilitating FX transactions and providing innovative, simplified, and customized banking solutions specific to the diplomatic segments.
- Conduct Lead generation & conversion of related high-value relationships, such as Foreign companies, Consulates, and Airlines, to augment the overall portfolio.
- Increase product penetration and build strong exit barriers by effectively cross-selling and deepening through the managed diplomatic and Client Experience :
- Ensure strict Adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines relevant to international and diplomatic banking, while prioritizing client convenience.
- Focus on reducing rejection rates and significantly improving the quality of documentation for all transactions and onboarding processes.
- Work in close coordination with Client Experience Managers to deliver a premium, business-class service experience.
- Ensure 360 client engagement, operating with Total Client Ownership across all banking Relevant experience in Relationship Management within the Banking industry, with specific exposure to Corporate, HNI, or Institutional Skills : Mandatory expertise in Relationship Management, Embassy Account, Embassy Banking, Diplomatic Segment RM, and New Client Strong Communication Skills, a mandatory Result Driven focus, and a proven ability to excel in Building Work Relationships with high-profile Graduate degree (Post-graduate / MBA Skills :
- Proven track record in selling Foreign Currency (FCY) products and handling complex FX transactions.
- Deep understanding of FEMA regulations and compliance requirements for diplomatic accounts.
- Prior experience managing a high-value CASA and FCY liability book
