Placement Officer

Role profile :

Evaluate and present client risks to insurers, recommending additional covers based on the nature of businessand risk profile. Prepare and float RFQs (Request for Quotes), analyse insurer responses and prepare comparative statementsfor client presentations. Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best pricing and policy terms suited to the clientsrequirements in consultation with Head - Placement. Provide end-to-end sales support, from quote generation to policy issuance and post-placement coordination. Understand and assess risk exposures, identify insurance needs and suggest suitable risk managementsolutions. Ensure accuracy through quality checks of Retail & EB line of insurance policies. Engage with clients for both EB (Employee Benefits), Motor, Life & Health lines to understand concerns,resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve placement objectives and ensure clientsatisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, underwriting guidelines and market conditions.
