As an  E-commerce Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving growth across leading online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of marketplace operations—optimizing listings, improving visibility, scaling sales, and ensuring profitability. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and can blend analytical insight with creative execution to drive brand performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and scale sales performance on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies—listing optimization, pricing, inventory control, and campaign management.
  • Drive marketplace visibility using effective PPC campaigns, bundling offers, and limited-time promotions.
  • Monitor key metrics including conversions, traffic, advertising ROI, and product rankings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams to maintain inventory accuracy and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine product listings and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and new sales tools to ensure compliance and maximize advantage.
  • Take ownership of marketplace performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

  • Experience :  4–6 years of managing and growing D2C or marketplace sales on Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce platforms.
  • Expertise :  Strong grasp of e-commerce mechanics including FBA, MFN, pricing strategies, and ad optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset :  Proficiency in Excel, data dashboards, and KPI tracking to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Edge :  Ability to craft engaging product listings, promotional content, and storytelling that converts.
  • Ownership Mentality :  A self-starter who can take full accountability for marketplace outcomes.
  • Adaptability :  Quick learner who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments with a startup-driven mindset.
