As an E-commerce Manager , you’ll play a key role in driving growth across leading online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of marketplace operations—optimizing listings, improving visibility, scaling sales, and ensuring profitability. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and scale sales performance on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce marketplaces.
- Develop and execute growth strategies—listing optimization, pricing, inventory control, and campaign management.
- Drive marketplace visibility using effective PPC campaigns, bundling offers, and limited-time promotions.
- Monitor key metrics including conversions, traffic, advertising ROI, and product rankings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams to maintain inventory accuracy and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine product listings and enhance the consumer experience.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and new sales tools to ensure compliance and maximize advantage.
- Take ownership of marketplace performance reports and present actionable insights to leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit :
