Executive Program Management Officer

Role summary

Partner with the executive team as a trusted Executive Assistant to manage the PMO , facilitating cross-functional initiatives. You will proactively address requirements, ensure the Executive's operations are efficient, and drive portfolio cadence, reporting, and execution.

Key responsibilities

Executive Support

• Orchestrate complex calendars, inbox triage, and priorities, act as gatekeeper.
• With minimum instruction, proactively follows up on emails when copied, and determine the most appropriate next steps from a scheduling standpoint.
• Maintain and routinely input, compile, collect, and analyze moderately complex and confidential data as needed
• Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, and minutes;

track actions to closure.

to include, document preparation, presentations, calendar management, meeting coordination and tracking minutes of meeting.
