Immediate Start : General Manager Marketing

We’re seeking a

to lead our marketing function, drive growth, and build brand equity. This is a full-time, on-site role involving frequent pan-India travel having experience in manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy industries.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, social, and traditional channels
• Oversee and evaluate performance of marketing agencies and vendors
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand visibility
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor engagements effectively
• Collaborate with Sales and senior management for aligned marketing efforts
• Track and report on marketing KPIs and progress toward goals
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team

1. 12+ years experience in marketing, branding, promotions; agency / vendor management a plus

2. Education : Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

3. Sector Preference : Experience in renewable energy or manufacturing is desirable

4. Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, analytical mindset.
