Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Engineer – Edible Oil Refinery Commissioning

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation Engineer for an edible oil refinery commissioning project in Qatar.

This is a contract-based, on-site role, suitable for professionals with a strong background in refinery or process plant automation, control systems, and electrical systems commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute electrical, instrumentation, and automation commissioning activities as per project standards and schedules.
• Perform testing, calibration, and loop checking of PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transmitters, sensors, and field instruments.
• Integrate and troubleshoot automation systems (PLC / SCADA / DCS) for process equipment and utilities.
• Review and verify loop drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
• Conduct system validation, FAT / SAT, and documentation for commissioning and handover.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety, QA / QC standards, and refinery HSE guidelines.
• Prepare as-built documentation, calibration certificates, and performance test reports.

Duration : 12–18 months (extendable)

Compensation : Competitive (based on experience)
