Basic & Detailed Engineering of Instrumentation & Control System for Power Plants.
1. Basic / Concept Engg. : Basic study, Concept note, Feasibility study, Control system configuration, Drive interface schemes
2. Detailed engineering drawings : PID, Control logics / loops, Instrument hookups
3. Instrumentation Engineering : Instrument index / list, Instrument datasheets, Control valve datasheets, Analyzer datasheets, Hookups & BOM, Installation sketches & Bulk MTO
4. Control System Engineering : Input / Output List, Control Logics / Loops, Loop wiring diagrams
5. Procurement Support : Preparation of Technical specification, Technical bid evaluation & Vendor print review for I&C systems / devices
6. 3D model : Modelling review of Instrumentation models through Navis works and support to 3D modeling team
7. Layouts : Control room layouts, Instrument Location / Wiring / Tubing layouts, Cable tray layouts
8. Cable Engineering - Cable Schedule and Interconnection schedule, Loop wiring schematic
9. Inspection services : Preparation / review of QAP, Control system FAT / SAT procedure and witnessing Control system FAT & Field devices testing
Key Skills Required :
1. Work experience of I&C design & detailed engineering in Power plants
2. Work experience in Basic, Prebid & Detailed I&C engineering
3. Working knowledge prepare drawings on 3D platforms like PDS / PDMS / SP3D is added advantage.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills, dynamic nature, attitude to learn
5. Project planning / scheduling / monitoring
