Role Overview : We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional
who can manage
High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI)
clients, drive premium property sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, networking abilities, and an understanding of luxury market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential HNI and UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with affluent clients and investors.
Understand clients’ preferences, financial goals, and lifestyle needs to offer tailored property solutions.
Provide personalized and discreet client service throughout the transaction process.
Luxury Property Marketing
Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote premium properties across digital and offline platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality promotional materials (brochures, videos, virtual tours, etc.).
Organize exclusive property showcases, open houses, and private viewings.
Sales & Negotiation
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate pricing, offers, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Coordinate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions for smooth transaction completion.
Market Insight & Expertise
Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
Provide clients with insights on market analysis, legal processes, and investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue.
Participate in weekly reviews and follow institutional sales protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience :
Minimum 2–7 years of experience handling HNI / UHNI clients.
Preferred Industries :
Real Estate (Channel Partner), Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, or Premium Hospitality.
Education :
MBA preferred.
Skills & Traits :
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship management.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
Fluent in
Kannada, English and Hindi ; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
Professional appearance and polished presentation.
Willingness to work on weekends and adapt to client schedules.
