Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
who can take complete ownership of driving our sales growth, from strategy to execution. This role combines
new business development (hunting)
with
key account management (farming)
, requiring someone who can open doors, build trust, and convert relationships into long-term partnerships.
You’ll work directly with the Founder and Leadership Team to define our go-to-market strategy, build the sales engine, and scale AuthenticOne’s presence across industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across mid to large enterprises.
Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Drive the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
2. Client Engagement & Account Management
Establish strong relationships with CXOs, CISOs, and IT / security heads.
Understand client needs deeply and align our solutions to their business and security priorities.
Manage existing accounts to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and cross-selling.
3. Strategy & Enablement
Work closely with leadership to refine offerings, pricing, and sales collateral.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.
Maintain data-driven visibility through CRM, tracking opportunities, forecasting, and metrics.
Share client insights to influence product and service roadmap decisions.
What We’re Looking For
8–12 years of experience in
B2B technology or cybersecurity sales
, ideally with startup exposure.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and meeting targets.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity offerings and enterprise buying cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter mindset with high ownership, resilience, and adaptability.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
