As a high-growth, mission-driven company, we are looking for a visionary Director / VP Human Resources who can build and scale our HR function while aligning people strategy with business goals.

Role Overview

The Director / VP HR will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that foster innovation, attract top talent, and build a high-performance culture. This role is ideal for a senior HR leader with a blend of aerospace engineering background and deep HR expertise, who understands the nuances of scaling technology-driven organizations.
