Role Description

• Production support team position to support enterprise-wide technical access recertification process.
• Support enterprise-wide access recertification process, including improvements to the business process, by analyzing data and requirements, and specifying functional requirements for IT to implement. Remove blockers to enhance team success and facilitate end-user adoption for seamless integration.
• Created and managed project / change artifacts throughout the lifecycle, ensuring efficient execution and minimal business disruption. Understand and consider operational, regulatory and other risks related to the service; Support maintenance of IAM information assets, including documentation, catalogues and risk assessments;
