Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Maintain complete knowledge of product range, designs, and pricing.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Keep track of stock and inform management for replenishment.
• Handle billing, payments, and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and promotional events.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th pass; graduation in business or marketing preferred.

Proven experience in sales.

Good communication skills in English,Hindi and Gujarati.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand and explain product details clearly.

Basic knowledge of computers, billing software, and WhatsApp communication.

Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn about new designs and market trends.

Team player with good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
