Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Salesperson located in Kolkata. The Used Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable used cars, conducting test drives, negotiating sales prices, and finalizing sales transactions. Daily tasks also include maintaining a thorough knowledge of the used car inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills

Automotive Sales experience

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent
