We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Oracle HCM Practice and Presales function. This role demands deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, with a strong orientation toward strategic growth, solutioning, and client engagement.
Practice Leadership
- Define and evolve the Oracle HCM practice strategy across EBS and Fusion Cloud platforms
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and solution engineers
- Own delivery governance, methodology, and quality assurance for HCM programs
- Stay ahead of Oracle roadmap, product releases, and industry trends to inform practice growth
Presales & Solutioning
Lead end-to-end presales efforts including RFP responses, solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations with focus on either Core HR / Talent Management / Benefits / T&L / Workforce ManagementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and value propositionsEngage with CXOs and HR leaders to understand business needs and craft compelling Oracle HCM solutionsDevelop reusable assets, demos, and accelerators to enhance presales effectivenessStrategic Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HCM transformation, cloud migration, and process optimizationSupport account mining and expansion through consultative selling and thought leadershipRepresent the practice in analyst briefings, partner forums, and industry eventsRequired Experience & Skills
15+ years in Oracle HCM implementations, with strong hands-on experience in both EBS and Fusion Cloud
Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM programs across geographies
Demonstrated success in solutioning, client engagement, and winning complex deals
Deep understanding of HR processes, talent management, payroll, and compliance
