Oracle HCM Resource- Techno-Functional

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional professional with in-depth expertise across both technical and functional domains. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM applications and be capable of delivering effective solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Manage data migrations and HCM Extracts with efficiency and accuracy.
• Write and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Support the integration of HCM with other enterprise systems.
