Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Chakan. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Training and Performance Management expertise
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Professional HR certification is beneficial
