The diversity of our workforce and their inspiring ideas resonate throughout all that we do – don’t just read about digital transformation, be part of the revolution!General : Own the financial reporting process including drafting of Form 10K / Q andother SEC filings, tie out binder and review by external auditorsSEC filing experience on Toppan Merrill Bridge platform will be a positive add-onResearch technical US GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting mattersDrafting technical accounting memorandumsOwn financial reporting controls under Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act(“SOX”) for preparation and filing of 10K / QsActively participate in supporting the external audit of Company’s internalcontrols over financial reportingDetermine the impact of new accounting (US GAAP) and SEC guidance onthe Company’ financial reportingPractical experience on GAAP conversions – especially from IFRS to U.SGAAPThe ideal candidate would have 10-15 years of experience as a CA / US CPAwith Big4 background / or alternatively a similar role in the industry with specificfocus on US public company financial reportingStrong work ethic and adherence to strict filing deadlinesSelf-starter, highly motivated individualReporting to Chief Financial Officer of XBP EuropeBeing able to effectively communicate with external auditors and succinctlyarticulate accounting position taken by the companySpecific :  U.S. public company reporting experience Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10K / 10Q / Annual Proxy Statement Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particularRegulation S-X and S-K IFRS to US GAAP conversions
