About the Role
Phoenix Branding is hiring Sales & Client Relationship Executives who can independently handle client interactions, build long-term relationships, and close service-based deals. We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in medical / pharmaceutical sales (medical reps) who are familiar with consultative selling and strong in fieldwork + follow-up discipline.
You’ll be representing Phoenix Branding to B2B clients in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and retail—pitching services like branding, websites, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new clients through calls, visits, events, and references
Pitch Phoenix Branding’s services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular follow-ups
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable branding / digital solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure and post-sale handoff
Track activity, maintain CRM entries, and report regularly to management
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
Handle repeat business and upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Who We're Looking For
Prior experience as a medical representative, sales executive, or client-facing field rep
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Strong follow-up discipline and understanding of structured sales processes
Basic knowledge or interest in branding, digital services, or marketing is a plus
Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client trust
Preferred Background
1–4 years of field sales or relationship management experience
Prior background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar B2B sales
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred, not mandatory)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
