Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Reservations Executive. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing customer reservations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, processing reservations, handling cancellations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role may involve promoting services to prospective customers to achieve sales goals. Negotiating with customers on pricing, coo-ordinating with Hotel Partners, managing front office remotely for Partner Hotels, Verifying Guests before check-in, ensuring early check-in or late check-out is handled efficiently, listing properties on multiple OTA's.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact with customers effectively and professionally
Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience in managing Reservations and related processes
Sales skills with a focus on promoting services and closing deals
Proven organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfort with using reservation systems and CRM tools is a plus
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in related fields are an advantage
Must have
Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi & English
Ability to Multi-task
Atleast 1+ years of experience in a Hotel Front Office Role
Excellent typing speed for customer chat support
Add-on Qualities
Ability to speak regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada
Knowledge of OTA Revenue Management
Ability to contribute to sales
Knowledge of OTA listings
