Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager – Sales & Client Experience to drive studio growth and deliver an exceptional client journey. You will oversee the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention while identifying business development opportunities to increase revenue. This role ensures every client enjoys a premium, seamless, and satisfying studio experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete client lifecycle including lead follow-ups, trial bookings, onboarding, studio tours, package recommendations, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate daily studio schedules for trials and regular sessions while ensuring smooth flow and a premium in-studio experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, update calendars, and ensure 100% completion of client profiles.
- Oversee studio operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, reception management, and daily housekeeping checklists.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely posting of Instagram stories and posts as per the content calendar.
- Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews and strengthen online reputation.
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, collaborations, trial events, and other acquisition funnels.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensure weekly attendance, gather regular feedback, and take proactive measures to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs including trial-to-conversion rate, retention, NPS, referral count, and client satisfaction scores.
