Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with strong expertise in data visualization and analytics to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tableau development, strong SQL knowledge, and familiarity with Databricks. The role requires the ability to build effective reports and dashboards while keeping the end-user perspective in mind, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and business-driven.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.

Optimize and maintain existing dashboards to improve performance and user experience.

Integrate data from multiple sources, including Databricks and SQL databases.

Perform advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations through data-driven reports.

Think from the user perspective to create intuitive and impactful reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

Strong expertise in SQL (query writing, performance tuning, and optimization).

Hands-on experience with Databricks (data processing, integration, and analysis).

Proven experience in report generation and dashboard design.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have :

Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Knowledge of other BI tools or data engineering frameworks.
